Emiko Wada

Born and raised in Kobe.

​With the desire to master and pass on the skills of a craftsman to the famous Kobe confectionery baseball castella, which she has been familiar with since childhood, she knocked on the door of "Otani Senbei", which has been in business for over 70 years. After studying and being trained by the third generation owner, Yoshihiro Otani, she opened "Hand-baked Senbei Emirido" on March 13, 2024 in her hometown, Hyogo Ward, Kobe City.
